The general process we take for our projects is as follows:
Step 1 - Initial consultation with client to discuss project brief
Step 2 - Concept design and presentation to client
Step 3 - Design approval
Step 4 - Development Application documentation & approval
Step 5 - Council submission and ongoing engagement
Step 6 - Construction Certificate documentation & approval
Step 7 - Handover to builder / certifier / owner
